  2. How does the process work? Our process is designed to be easy and streamlined for schools. Once a partnership is established, we work closely with the school to gather their logos and select the items they would like to sell. We then create an online store specifically tailored to the school’s brand. When customers place orders, we handle the order fulfillment, including printing, packaging, and shipping directly to the customers.
  3. How are profits shared between the school and 24/7 School Store? We believe in empowering schools to benefit from their brand. As part of our service, we provide a rebate to the school on a quarterly basis, the majority of the profit generated from the sale of school-branded merchandise. The remaining is retained by 24/7 School Store for the services provided.
  4. Can schools customize the products offered in their store? Absolutely! We work closely with schools to ensure that their store reflects their unique brand and preferences. Schools can select from a range of customizable products, including apparel, accessories, and more. We provide options for different designs, colors, and sizes to suit their needs. Please note, there may be some limitations to print location. Individual customization like name, number etc. is limited on most products.
  5. How long does it take to set up an online store? The setup time for an online store varies depending on the specific requirements of the school. Once we have all the necessary information, such as logos and product selections, we strive to set up the store as quickly as possible. Typically, the setup process can be completed within a week after product selection.
  6. What is the shipping policy for orders? We work with several suppliers to offer a wide range of products. Because of this, products often ship from different locations. We have flat rate shipping of $4.99/item for lightweight items and $7.99/item for heavier items. However, we do offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 (pre-tax and after any applicable discounts) within eligible regions.   7. Can customers track their orders? Yes, customers can track the status of their orders. Once an order is shipped, customers receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. They can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of their package through our website or the designated shipping carrier’s website.
  8. What is your return policy? Our return policy stipulates that items decorated with a logo, name, or number are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless it is determined that the order is defective. We take pride in delivering high-quality products, and in the event that an order is not 100% free from defects in materials or decoration, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue.   9. Do you offer international shipping? Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. 24/7 School Store currently only operates within the United States and can only ship products to US addresses.
