Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
1.1 Items that have been decorated with a logo, name, or number are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
1.2 However, if it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration, we will gladly process a return or exchange.
1.3 Returns and Exchanges of items that have been decorated with a logo, name, or number are not permitted. Products are automatically sent to production after payment is submitted. Please ensure your sizing and the items in your order are correct before submitting payment. Return or exchange requests are not permitted in the case of user error and/or incorrect size selection.
Defects and Quality Assurance:
2.1 We strive to provide products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
2.2 If you believe that your order contains a defect in materials or decoration, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item.
2.3 We may request supporting evidence, such as clear photographs, to assess the reported defect.
2.4 If the defect is verified, we will work with you to arrange a return or exchange.
Return Process:
3.1 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at CustomerService@247schoolstore.com.
3.2 Our representatives will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
3.3 Returned items should be securely packaged and shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
3.4 We recommend using a traceable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage.
Refunds and Replacements:
4.1 Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the eligibility for a return or exchange, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3 Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account statement or for the replacement to be shipped.
Exceptions:
5.1 Customized items that are free from defects in materials and decoration are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
5.2 Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of 24/7 School Store.
